Sodrujestvo training for camp-counselors 2009!

On this weekend 30-31 of May 2009 something happend with Sodrujestvo team! it was a liiittle training for this team 🙂

It was like a secret rite where some wise counselors shared their expirience with the new team members! We made sessions about all SCI structure, Camp structure, Camp rules, Camp and everyday schedules, conflict and emergancy situations etc.
